Smoothie Bowl
Smoothie bowls are my absolute favorite breakfast, they are full of flavor, if done right they are very filling, sweet like dessert for breakfast, and full of nutrition. Now don't get me wrong, full of nutrition does not mean healthy, it is also full of sugar, like my trainer said, you might as well open a bag of sugar and dump it in your mouth.
